Shipping policy
Every ThreadSet™ Drill Kit order ships free within the United States.
Processing time
Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays).
Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 10–12 business days after processing. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees: carrier delays, weather and peak seasons can add time.
Shipping cost and destinations
Standard shipping is free on all US orders. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email support@waylandtool.com with your order number.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address at checkout. Wayland Tool is not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If you spot an error, contact us within the 3-hour cancellation window described in our Refund Policy.
Lost, stolen or damaged packages
Risk of loss passes to you when your order is handed to the carrier. If your tracking stops updating or your package arrives damaged, email support@waylandtool.com with your order number (and photos of any damage) within 7 days of the delivery scan, and we will help. Orders with an active Warranty Protection membership follow the member claim process in our Terms of Service (Section 7).
